Dennis graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1984 with a bachelor’s in physical therapy. He served as a Director in Rehab at Bates Memorial Hospital in Bentonville in 1985 and has become certified in many areas over the years. 

His current certifications include Ola Grimsby for spine therapy, Myofascial release for manual therapy, and the International Weightlifting Association.

In his spare time, Dennis loves spending time with his wife Julie, their six children, and grandchildren. He enjoys farming by running a personal cattle ranch and growing chickens for Tyson Foods. Dennis also enjoys anything outdoors, including hiking, biking, canoeing and 4-wheeling.
